This brewery is located in Kawashiri district in Akita City, which is blessed with quality water, and is said to be where the feudal lord drew water for tea ceremonies in the feudal government period.
Two breweries (Senshu Brewery and Sennin Brewery), a storehouse, a bottling plant, and a product warehouse are on the premises, so the entire process takes place here.
