Inaniwa Udon is a dry noodle that originated in Inakawa, Yuzawa City at the beginning of the Edo period. The Inaniwa Udon has a smooth taste, and is a very elastic noodle despite being thin. It is made using time-honored techniques such as stretching the noodles by hand.
